GorusShop is an independent affiliate platform. We monitor public marketplaces (such as Amazon, AliExpress, Temu, ClickBank and Digistore24) and hand-pick products we believe offer good value. When you click a product and buy it on the partner's website, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

We are not the seller. We do not hold stock, ship goods, take payments, or handle returns. The contract of sale is concluded directly between you and the partner store. All prices, availability, delivery, warranty, withdrawal and return rights are governed by that partner's terms and applicable consumer law.

We aim to feature reliable sellers and accurate information, but we cannot guarantee prices or product details, which can change at any time on the partner's site. Always review the partner's own information before purchasing.

We respect your privacy and process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we process. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture to create your account. We store an encrypted session cookie to keep you signed in. We may record anonymous click events to understand which products are popular.

Why. To provide your account and GorusPoints, to operate and secure the site, and to improve our selection. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in running the service (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Third parties. Sign-in is provided by Google. When you click a product you are redirected to a partner store that sets its own cookies under its own privacy policy. Hosting is provided by our infrastructure provider within the EU/with EU-standard safeguards.

Your rights. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. Contact: [your contact email].

Cookies. We use only essential cookies (session and security). Any non-essential/analytics or advertising cookies will be loaded only after your explicit consent via the cookie banner.

By using GorusShop you agree to these terms. GorusShop provides a curated catalogue of links to third-party products. We act solely as an intermediary directing you to partner stores.

No sales contract with us. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the partner store. We are not a party to it and accept no liability for the products, their quality, delivery, or the partner's conduct, to the extent permitted by law.

GorusPoints. GorusPoints are promotional reward points funded by our affiliate earnings. They are not legal tender, bank money, stored value, or a deposit. Points are credited only after the partner confirms the order and may be held, adjusted, or reversed for cancellations, returns, duplicate or self-referred orders, abuse, or fraud checks. Subject to the rules published on this platform, confirmed points may be redeemed for rewards, promotional account credit, or payout options that we explicitly make available.

Reward estimates. Any estimated GorusPoints or reward value shown before purchase is non-binding and may change based on the final confirmed commission we receive from the partner.

Accuracy. We try to keep information current but make no warranty that prices, availability or descriptions are accurate, as these are controlled by the partner stores.

Governing law. German law applies, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.
